Reporting side effects using online form

You can report a side effect of a medicine or vaccine online (in Dutch) on the Lareb website by clicking on “Meld een bijwerking”.

Bijwerkingencentrum Lareb collects, registers and analyses your report. Lareb discusses any relevant findings with the Medicines Evaluation Board (MEB). The MEB then assesses the side effects.
